This Privacy Policy describes how Shahar Bar ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the trade name SBS Games, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information you provide when using sbsgames.dev or enrolling in a course.

This policy is drafted in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13 (5784-2023), which entered into force on August 14, 2025.

Shahar Bar is the database owner (בעל מאגר) under the Privacy Protection Law.

3. What Data We Collect

3.1 Information you provide directly:

  • Name — when you contact us or enroll in a course.
  • Email address — used for enrollment confirmation, course communications, and receipts.
  • Phone number — used as your student identifier in the student portal and for WhatsApp support.
  • Course enrollment details — which courses you enrolled in and payment records.

3.2 Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent, links clicked; collected via Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referrer URL; collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) and analytics services.

3.3 What we do not collect:

We do not collect payment card numbers or banking details. Payments are processed directly by our third-party payment processor.

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law you have the right to:

  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion — request deletion of data we no longer need (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Objection — object to processing for direct marketing; we will honor this immediately.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption in transit, bcrypt-hashed passwords, and access controls limited to the operator. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that creates a real risk of harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (ILITA) as required by Amendment 13.

10. Children

Our courses are intended for adults (18+) or minors with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. We will notify enrolled students of significant changes by email.

מדיניות פרטיות זו מתארת כיצד שחר בר ("אנחנו", "שלנו"), הפועל תחת שם המסחר SBS Games, אוסף, משתמש, שומר ומגן על מידע אישי שמסרתם בעת השימוש באתר sbsgames.dev או הרשמה לקורס.

מדיניות זו נוסחה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, תשמ"א-1981, כפי שתוקן בתיקון 13 (תשפ"ד-2023), שנכנס לתוקף ב-14 באוגוסט 2025.

3. אילו נתונים אנחנו אוספים

3.1 מידע שמסרתם ישירות:

  • שם — בעת יצירת קשר או הרשמה לקורס.
  • כתובת דוא"ל — לאישור הרשמה, תקשורת קורס וקבלות.
  • מספר טלפון — משמש כמזהה הסטודנט בפורטל הסטודנטים ולתמיכה בוואטסאפ.
  • פרטי הרשמה לקורס — אילו קורסים נרשמתם ורשומות תשלום.

3.2 מידע שנאסף אוטומטית:

  • נתוני שימוש — דפים שנצפו, זמן שהייה, לינקים שנלחצו; נאספים דרך Google Analytics 4 ו-Mixpanel.
  • נתונים טכניים — כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, סוג מכשיר, מערכת הפעלה, כתובת מפנה; נאספים אוטומטית על ידי ספק האחסון (Vercel) ושירותי האנליטיקה.
  • עוגיות ו-localStorage — ראו את מדיניות העוגיות.

3.3 מידע שאיננו אוספים:

אנחנו לא אוספים פרטי כרטיס אשראי או פרטים בנקאיים. התשלומים מעובדים ישירות על ידי מעבד התשלומים של צד שלישי.

7. הזכויות שלכם

לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי, יש לכם זכות:

  • גישה — לבקש עותק של המידע האישי שאנחנו מחזיקים עליכם.
  • תיקון — לבקש תיקון מידע לא מדויק או חלקי.
  • מחיקה — לבקש מחיקת מידע שאיננו עוד נדרש לנו (בכפוף לחובות שמירה חוקיות).
  • התנגדות — להתנגד לעיבוד לצורכי שיווק ישיר; נפעל לפי זה מיד.

8. אבטחה

אנחנו משתמשים באמצעים סטנדרטיים לתעשייה להגנה על המידע שלכם: הצפנת HTTPS בזמן העברה, סיסמאות מוצפנות (bcrypt) ובקרת גישה המוגבלת למפעיל. אין שיטת העברה באינטרנט שהיא 100% בטוחה. במקרה של פרצת מידע היוצרת סיכון ממשי לפגיעה, נודיע לנפגעים ולרשות להגנת הפרטיות (ILITA) כנדרש בתיקון 13.

9. עוגיות

אנחנו משתמשים בעוגיות ו-localStorage. לפרטים מלאים, ראו את מדיניות העוגיות.

10. קטינים

הקורסים שלנו מיועדים למבוגרים (18+) או לקטינים עם הסכמת הורים. אנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע מילדים מתחת לגיל 13.

11. שינויים במדיניות

אנחנו רשאים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. ננהל גרסה מתוקנת עם תאריך "עדכון אחרון" חדש. נודיע לסטודנטים הרשומים על שינויים מהותיים בדוא"ל.
