Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010. Where this policy conflicts with applicable law, applicable law prevails.

1. Standard Cancellation Window

You may cancel your course enrollment and receive a full refund (less the cancellation fee in §3) if:

  • You notify us within 14 calendar days of the later of: (a) the date of payment, or (b) the date you received the written transaction summary (אישור עסקה); and
  • Your cancellation notice arrives at least 2 business days before the course start date.

Note: If the course starts within 14 days of purchase, the 2-business-day rule takes priority — you must notify us at least 2 business days before the start date.

2. Cancellation After the Course Has Started

If you cancel after the course has already begun, we will refund the proportional value of the remaining sessions not yet delivered, less the cancellation fee in §3.

Example: A 10-session course at ₪1,000 — if you cancel after session 3, you receive a refund of ₪700 (7 remaining sessions), less the applicable cancellation fee.

3. Cancellation Fee

Per §14ה of the Consumer Protection Law, the cancellation fee is the lower of:

  • 5% of the total course price, or
  • ₪100

No cancellation fee applies if:

  • We cancelled or materially changed the course (e.g., significant schedule or content changes).
  • The course description was materially misleading compared to what was delivered.
  • We failed to provide a required written transaction summary.

4. Extended 4-Month Cancellation Window

The following groups are entitled to cancel within 4 months of the later of the purchase date or course start date:

  • Senior citizens aged 65 or older.
  • New immigrants (עולים חדשים) within the first 5 years of making עלייה.
  • Persons with a recognized disability (נכות מוכרת).

The standard cancellation fee (§3) applies. Please include relevant supporting documentation with your request.

5. How to Cancel

Send your cancellation request by email or WhatsApp to ensure a written record:

Please include your full name, the course name, and the reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge receipt within 1 business day.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation notice, returned to the original payment method.

7. Course Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a course before it begins (e.g., insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund with no cancellation fee is issued within 14 days.

מדיניות ביטולים והחזרים

מדיניות זו עומדת בדרישות חוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ"א-1981 ותקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), תשע"א-2010. במקרה של סתירה בין מדיניות זו לחוק החל, החוק גובר.

1. חלון הביטול הרגיל

תוכלו לבטל את הרשמתכם לקורס ולקבל החזר כספי מלא (בניכוי דמי ביטול לפי סעיף 3) אם:

  • הודעתם לנו תוך 14 ימי לוח מהמאוחר בין: (א) תאריך התשלום, או (ב) התאריך שבו קיבלתם את אישור העסקה בכתב; וגם
  • הודעת הביטול שלכם הגיעה לפחות 2 ימי עסקים לפני תאריך תחילת הקורס.

שימו לב: אם הקורס מתחיל תוך 14 ימים מהרכישה, כלל 2 ימי העסקים גובר — עליכם להודיע לנו לפחות 2 ימי עסקים לפני תאריך ההתחלה.

2. ביטול לאחר תחילת הקורס

אם ביטלתם לאחר שהקורס כבר התחיל, נחזיר את הערך היחסי של המפגשים הנותרים שטרם הועברו, בניכוי דמי הביטול לפי סעיף 3.

דוגמה: קורס בן 10 מפגשים בעלות ₪1,000 — אם ביטלתם לאחר מפגש 3, תקבלו החזר של ₪700 (7 מפגשים נותרים), בניכוי דמי הביטול הרלוונטיים.

3. דמי ביטול

לפי סעיף 14ה לחוק הגנת הצרכן, דמי הביטול הם הנמוך מבין:

  • 5% ממחיר הקורס הכולל, או
  • ₪100

לא יחולו דמי ביטול אם:

  • ביטלנו את הקורס או שינינו אותו מהותית (למשל, שינוי משמעותי במועדים או בתכנים).
  • תיאור הקורס היה מטעה מהותית ביחס למה שסופק.
  • לא סיפקנו אישור עסקה בכתב כנדרש.

4. חלון ביטול מורחב של 4 חודשים

הקבוצות הבאות זכאיות לבטל תוך 4 חודשים מהמאוחר בין תאריך הרכישה לתאריך תחילת הקורס:

  • אזרחים ותיקים בגיל 65 ומעלה.
  • עולים חדשים תוך 5 שנים ראשונות לעלייה.
  • בעלי נכות מוכרת.

דמי הביטול הרגילים (סעיף 3) חלים. אנא צרפו תיעוד מתאים לבקשת הביטול.

5. כיצד לבטל

שלחו את בקשת הביטול שלכם בדוא"ל או וואטסאפ כדי להבטיח תיעוד בכתב:

אנא כללו את שמכם המלא, שם הקורס וסיבת הביטול. נאשר קבלה תוך יום עסקים אחד.

6. עיבוד ההחזר

ההחזרים מעובדים תוך 14 ימי לוח מקבלת הודעת הביטול, לאמצעי התשלום המקורי.

7. ביטול קורס מצדנו

אם ביטלנו קורס לפני תחילתו (למשל, חוסר ברישומים או נסיבות בלתי צפויות), יוחזר תשלום מלא ללא דמי ביטול תוך 14 יום.
